End-User License Agreement

1. Definitions

• "Software" refers to the HackUtilities desktop application, including all files, components, and documentation.
• "License" refers to the right to use the Software granted under this EULA.
• "You" refers to the individual or entity that has purchased or is using the Software.
• "Device" refers to a computer, laptop, or other hardware on which the Software is installed.
• "Activation" refers to the process of validating your License with our servers.

2. License Grant

2.1 Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this EULA and your payment of applicable license fees, HackUtilities grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Software on devices you own or control
• Make one backup copy of the Software for archival purposes
• Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes as permitted by your license type

2.2 License Types

Different license types may have specific restrictions:

• Single Device License: Use on one device only
• Multi-Device License: Use on up to the specified number of devices
• Enterprise License: Use within your organization as specified in your license terms

2.3 License Activation

The Software requires activation to function:

• You must activate the Software using a valid license key
• Activation requires internet connectivity to validate with our licensing servers
• The Software may periodically verify license validity
• We collect minimal device information (hardware ID, platform) solely for license validation

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Distribute: Share, sell, rent, lease, or distribute the Software or license keys
• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code
• Modify: Alter, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Remove Protection: Circumvent, disable, or interfere with license validation or copy protection
• Commercial Redistribution: Include the Software in any commercial software distribution
• Exceed License Scope: Install on more devices than permitted by your license type
• Transfer: Transfer your license to another party without our written consent

4. Installation and System Requirements

4.1 Installation Rights

You may install the Software on devices within the scope of your license. Each installation must be properly activated.

4.2 System Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your system meets minimum requirements for the Software to function properly.

4.3 Updates

We may provide updates to the Software. Some updates may be required for continued functionality, while others may be optional. Your license includes the right to receive updates during the license period.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. HackUtilities retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA grants you only the specific rights explicitly stated herein.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

6.1 License Activation Data

For license activation and validation, we collect:

• Hardware-based unique device identifier
• Operating system type and version
• License key and activation timestamp

6.2 User Data Privacy

The Software operates offline for all utility functions:

• Your files and data remain completely private on your device
• No user content, files, or usage patterns are transmitted to our servers
• No analytics, telemetry, or tracking beyond license validation

7. Support and Maintenance

Support and maintenance terms:

• We provide reasonable technical support for properly licensed Software
• Support is provided "as available" without guaranteed response times
• We may discontinue support for older versions of the Software
• Support does not include custom development or extensive consulting

8. Warranty Disclaimer

We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You assume all risks associated with the use of the Software.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from this EULA or your use of the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Software and destroying all copies.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate this EULA immediately if you breach any terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Software ceases immediately
• You must uninstall the Software from all devices
• You must destroy all copies of the Software
• License activation will be revoked

11. Export Restrictions

The Software may be subject to export control laws. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations in your use of the Software.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and HackUtilities regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.

14. Amendments

We may update this EULA from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Software or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
