What happens after I purchase?
You get an email with your license key and download instructions immediately. The key activates the app you already installed for the trial.
Do AI agents cost extra?
Not from us. HackUtilities launches the agent CLIs you already use, such as Claude Code or Codex, with your own login. Whatever plan you have with those providers stays as it is.
Can I move a license to a new machine?
Yes. Deactivate on the old computer and activate on the new one. Only simultaneous activations are limited, not lifetime transfers.
What happens when the trial ends?
The app asks for a license key. Your projects, commands and settings stay on your machine, ready for when you activate.
Is there a refund policy?
30-day money-back guarantee. Email us and we refund in full.
Do I need internet to use it?
Only to activate. The tools work offline after that. Agents need whatever connection their own provider requires, and a few tools, like DNS lookup, go online when you ask them to.
